GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- All the posts carry IDA pattern pay scales and usual
allowances such as CCA/HRA/Leave Travel facilities etc. These scales carry DA
on percentage basis. Gross emoluments would vary depending upon place of
posting. Pay scale is due for revision for category III.
- Employees of the Central/State Govt. /Public Undertakings should get their
applications routed through proper channel to reach the POST BOX NO 4334
KALKAJI HEAD POST OFFICE (HPO) NEW DELHI – 110 019 on or before the last date
prescribed. Direct application shall not be entertained.
- Mere submission of application and fulfilling the eligibility criteria
gives no right to any person for test/interview etc.
- The management Trainees will be put on training. On successful completion
of training period, they will be absorbed as Manager in the pay scale of
Rs.16,400-40,500/-. During the training period, the Management Trainees are
entitled for stipend of Rs.8500/- per month. They shall also be eligible for
reimbursement of Train/Bus fare as per the rules and daily allowance is
admissible when they will be sent to filed office and/or other offices during
the training. They shall not be reimbursed any lodging charges
separately.
- The selected candidates for the post of Management Trainees will have to
sign a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lack Only) for serving the
corporation for a minimum period of three years after completion of their
training.
- The numbers of vacancies mentioned above are subject to vary depending
upon the administrative exigencies. Further, filling up of these vacancies
would be done subject to the outcome of the Writ Petitions pending in various
Courts, if any.
- Do not send any copy of the certificate along with the duly completed
application form. Original certificates of the short listed candidates will be
scrutinized / verified at the time of interview.
- Applications not in the prescribed Performa or incomplete, shall summarily
be rejected. Care should be exercised by Departmental Candidates to forward
their application through proper channel to reach the POST BOX NO 4334 KALKAJI
HEAD POST OFFICE (HPO) NEW DELHI – 110 019 on or before the last date
prescribed.
- No correspondence will be entertained about the outcome of the
application, at any stage.
- On qualifying the Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview,
eligible candidates will be appointed to the post applied for based on the
merit obtained by them.
- All appointments will be subject to the Rules & Regulations of the
Corporation in force from time to time. Other benefits like CPF, Gratuity,
Leave Travel concessions, Leave encashment, Medical reimbursement, Conveyance
reimbursement, Lunch subsidy etc. shall be applicable as per the rules of the
Corporation as amended from time to time.
- The selected candidates against Category III are liable to be posted any
where in the country but at present they will be posted in South Zone
(comprising AP, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu). The seniority of the
appointees will be maintained in the South Zone.
- No TA will be reimbursed for the Written Test. However for attending the
Group Discussion/Interview, candidates will be reimbursed IInd Class sleeper
Rail/Bus Fare 'To & Fro' as per entitlement by the shortest route, subject
to production of railway/bus ticket.
- Candidates should satisfy themselves that they fulfill the required
qualification, experience age etc. before applying for the post. In case it is
found that information furnished by a candidate is defective in any manner,
the candidature will be summarily rejected as and when it comes to the notice
of the Management. The candidates are advised to satisfy themselves fully
about the correctness of the information furnished.
- Any attempt to influence the Corporation in any manner would disqualify
the candidate and reject the candidature.
- Management reserves the right to call for any additional documentary
evidence in support of educational qualification of the applicants.
