What are the age relaxation for various categories?

1. UR/OBC(Creamy Layer) - -
2. OBC (Non Creamy Layer) - age relaxation of 3 years.
3. SC - age relaxation of 5 years.
4. ST - age relaxation of 5 years.
5. PHP - age relaxation of 10 years.
6. PHP & OBC (Non Creamy Layer) - age relaxation of 13 years.
7. PHP & SC/ST - age relaxation of 15 years.
8. Kashmiri Migrant - age relaxation of 5 years.


Which are the written test centres I can choose?

Do I need to have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the application form?

No. Since the recruitment is exclusively for PH candidates, there is NO FEES. For this an attested copy of SC/ST/PH certificate issued by appropriate authority, may be enclosed.

What are the documents to be sent?

Application complete in all respect: in an envelope superscribed, "Applications for  Zone: WEST | Code: WEST-SRDPH | Post Code No.____". The application should reach on or before 07.09.2010. For candidates from North Eastern states & Jammu & Kashmir, last date for receipt of application is 15.09.2010.

  1. Print out of the filled online application form having auto generated Application Number with phtograph affixed  and duly signed.
  2. Self attested copy of PH certificate issued by appropriate authority, should be enclosed .
  3. Self attested photostat copies of documents for proof of age/qualifications/caste etc. should be attached with the application.


What is an auto generated Application Number?

An auto generated Application Number is a unique number allotted to you on successful submission of online application form and will appear on print version of the application form. This Number will be required for accessing, downloading and printing the written test Admit Card.


How can I download my admit card for the Written Test?
Registration Process will be completed only on receipt of duly completed Print Version of Online Application Form alongwith self attested photostat copies of documents for proof of age/qualifications/caste/disabilty(PH) etc. .

Admit Card of only those candidates will be uploaded whose application form will be reached on the Post Box No.3014, Lodi Road PO, New Delhi - 110 003 by 07.09.2010 (by 15.09.2010 for North Eastern States and J&K) and found eligible.

On the basis of information given in the FCI Application Form, Admit Card of provisionally eligible candidates will be available for download on website of http://specialtest.in/fci  

On such downloaded admit cards, the candidates are required to affix their photograph (similar to that affixed on the Application Form) on the downloaded Admit Card and get it attested by a Gazzetted Officer / School or College Principal for producing at the Examination Centre. Candidate without the admit card or without the photograph on the downloaded admit card will NOT be permitted to appear in the written entrance examination.
