Guidelines for Applying Online

ACTIVITY

Process 1: Fill the MINT Application Form Online

1.1

Visit the Website  http://specialtest.in/igmk  regularly for updated information.

1.2

Read carefully the Guidelines, Eligibility Criteria, General Instruction and the Advertisement including post wise eligibility conditions carefully.

1.3

Demand Draft (for GENERAL/OBC Candidates only) :

You will need to provide certain details from the Demand Draft at the time of online submission of application form. Hence, you must have the DD ready before filling up the application form

You are required to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs.100/ - drawn in favour of India Government Mint, Kolkata, A Unit of SPMCIL   payable at Kolkata, with a six months validity period, before submission of the Application. Application fee is not required for SC/ST and PH candidates subject to submission of caste/medical certificate from the appropriate authority in support of his/her claim as per prescribed proforma.

Please Note: Application submitted without the details of the DD wherever required will not be accepted. Application fee of Rs. 100 will not be refunded under any circumstances

Since your eligibility will be screened based on the information furnished by you, you are required to exercise sufficient care to correctly furnish the details of your Age, Qualification, Experience, etc.

After filling the form correctly, submit the same by clicking the button "SUBMIT" where by the data filled by you will be captured.

1.6

On successful submission of online application form, a auto generated Application Number will be allotted which will appear on print version of the application form. For further correspondence, quote this Application No.

1.7

Please save the print version of application form using "SAVE AS" function and after that you should take the print out.

1.8

You must keep an additional print out of the application form for all future references.

1.9

After taking the print out, affix your two identical passport size photographs in the spaces provided, sign on the photographs, attach the DD(wherever required) of requisite amount with the print version of application and sign on the application form at the appropriate places.

Process 2: Despatch of PRINT VERSION OF ONLINE Application Form

2.1

Make the set of the following documents:

  1. Print out of the filled online application form with auto generated Application Number with your photograph affixed and duly signed.
  2. On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details (for GEN/OBC Candidates only)
    1. Your Name
    2. Auto generated Application Number
  3. Attested/self-certified copies of the certificates/documents.
  4. The employees of Central/State Govt. Departments/Undertakings, PSUs, etc. must submit their application online, take a print out of auto generated filled in application format and have it sent through proper channel to Post Box No 4334, Kalkaji Head Post Office (HPO), New Delhi - 110019 along with the prescribed Fee and copies of Testimonials, through ordinary post only.

2.2

Send the above set of documents in single envelope superscribing  - "Applications for MINT-Kolkata, Post Name: Jr. Data Entry Operator cum office Assistant at W-3 Level" to the address given below:

Use only the Address Label generated along with Application Form for sending the Application Form.

Application should reach on or before 15 February 2011. Application received after 15 February 2011 will not be entertained.

Applications that are not in conformity with the requirements indicated in this advertisement, incomplete applications and those received after the last date and also applications not accompanied with requisite demand draft will not be entertained. 

PROCESS 3: ADMIT CARDS/CALL LETTER

Registration Process will be completed only on receipt of Print Version of Online Application Form, together with all the relevant attachments.

On the basis of information given in the Application Form, Admit Card of provisionally eligible candidates will be available for download on website of http://specialtest.in/igmk  on or after 14 March 2011 (1400 Hours).

Kindly visit this site regularly for updated information.

On such downloaded admit cards, the candidates are required to affix their two photographs (copies of the same photograph affixed on the Application Form) and sign on both the photographs on the downloaded Admit Card for producing at the Examination Centre.

Candidate without the downloaded admit card or without the photograph on the admit card/call letter will NOT be permitted to appear in the written examination/skill test/personal interview.
